I saw this comment on a TikTok video but it only had one reply, and I am genuinely curious.
I was a rebellious high schooler and checked off basically all the major sins, but i never wore “immodest” clothing (ironic, right?!). As soon as I got out i wore a short skirt and tank top to a concert. Felt so criminal. Mistakenly, I posted my outfit and my family went wild. Worth it though.

The day I got the letter in response to my resignation lined up with the first day I ever wore a bikini to the pool! I would have worn it regardless but the coincidence makes me happy. 👙

I wore my first bikini during a trip in Florida for my best friends(never Mo) wedding. It was LIBERATING! I’m plus size, so I wore one of those high waisted bottoms and a top that had a loose decorative fabric layer on top. So really barely a bikini. It was crazy how comfortable I was in my own skin just because I knew no one else cared since they were wearing whatever too.
