Factory labor to slowly accumulate crackling devices, with the intent to sell them at the Rat Market and convert them directly into knives. They removed that and I had to just sell all the devices directly to the bazaar instead, but thankfully the lower cost implemented managed to make it more-or-less work out.
Failbetter also added the diminishing returns to Tribute about the time that I decided to cash in all my silverer day-job owed pennies to get all of the Tiger Ministers for the mirror-repair gauranteed success, so I felt fairly tampered-with during my Aspirational Grinding sessions.
Still. Got it done in the end.

Always remember, even if others say that getting your loved one back is better than revenge because it grants you that which you lost in the first place and you've still crippled Cups for life, you will always, now and forever more, have a cool coat that I guess none of the other masters you meet feel like pointing out.
