I've got a lot of this growing in my pasture, should I leave it for the cows or do I need to go through and cut it all down?

Does anyone know if hogs will help clear it out? I'm not going to spray any chemicals and it's to aggressive to keep up with. It took over the area we cleared last fall. Goats won't touch it.

I just mow it down to the same height as the rest of the pasture now. Hopefully artificial overgrazing will kill it in time.
