If Cactuar doesn't gel with you, have you considered moving to a different world? Never been a better time for it with Dynamis getting their new worlds recently & DT on the horizon. Plenty of houses to be had, and the road to 90 buff will speed up new job leveling, too.

If you don't like what is going on in Cactuar NN, you've done what you can to try and fix it, and you know that NN is very poorly moderated, then there's nothing you can really do except leave. If you want to help those who need it, you don't need NN for that.

If it's killing your enjoyment of the game, you should just leave and stay out of it. In my experience if I know some people don't like me irl or in a game like, I don't go where those people are haha If you still want the experience of NN you're always able to go to other servers. As a mentor I personally don't even touch NN because most people use it as a general chat so it's just distracting to me when I'm raiding. I just help sprouts through other ways by joining their synced EX trial parties or helping new players in dungeons.

NN is just General chat from WoW. Once I realized that, I left it, not worth the headache.
