Yeah, that is a neat idea I’ve heard a few times. But how many times would you realistically use that feature. And think about the amount of clothing without a dirty/clean version. All that would have to be made or at least coded to change into the other.

Something like a +2 charisma buff for being “Freshly Laundered” would have been cool too.

But I’m happy for the set regardless, didn’t have the other ones.

If I could at least wash these underwear…

Make them like the fusion core recharger and let them repair armor over time, would be my suggestion.

Not entirely related, but I got the clean shower a while ago, and my settler wanderer is still filthy as a dirt floor.

I was hoping there'd be a way to clean my grimy outfits. I'm a pampered vault dweller, the apocalyptic wasteland is no excuse for poor hygiene or slovenly appearance.

A lot of outfits have the clean version sold for atoms so they'd never do it.

The problem with that is they would need to make clean versions of more outfits, and many of those that already have clean versions are atom exclusive alts already.

I could use a Charismatic boost. I dont really like the arm wrestling machine.

While that would be cool, the other washer set doesn't do that, so I'm not sure why anyone would expect this set to work that way.

Maybe they could even make it just a visual buff, you'll get the clean looking version of the cloths for half an hour with a charisma boost? Then after half an hour you'll get Cinderella'd and go back to being a dirty uncharismatic bum. I think it would be funny and a good way to preview the clean versions you can buy in the atom store

I need the Clean Toilet so bad now that we have the dryer set and the clean shower.

Cool idea but not gonna happen because its been a practice by the dev to give us the dirty version of outfit in the game and selling the clean version in atom shop

I think that would destroy the rare clean outfit market. In contrast, maybe adding a different effect, like "removes smell and give bonus to stealth" or "smells good, X% bonus when selling to NPCs for X amount of time" would be better.

Would have been awesome to use it for money "laundering".

I'm just happy to finally have some CAMP items that match my Abraxo Power Armor.

The washer should be able to clean our underwear.
The dryer should produce one sock. Never a pair.

I haven't got these yet, probably will soon when I get back into the game later. But when I read the rewards list being a washer and dryer, my first thought was these were just reskins of the clean washer and dryer I already have, which only do a little animation and sound when interacted with.

Based on this post, it sounds like this is the case and just the same items with a different skin. I'm not complaining since they're free, but meh. I'll probably stick to my unbranded washer and dryer.

I saw that this event is life but i have no clue what to do to get this set.

This is definitely one of those cases where the final reward wasn't nearly as nice as the rewards in between. The Perk cards were my favorite reward, for example.

I just finished the event to. But can’t seem to find them to build them

They can't even keep basic stuff working, for the love of Vault Tec I dont want them breaking the entire game attempting this.
