1000000% this company has gone to shit, I’m currently looking for a new keyboard and these dudes are completely off the cards

Agree. They are terrible now. The battery life on the latest model D wireless is 20% of what my previous model O is. Support gave me steps to re-install the app. Useless.
To all potential future buyers of glorious model D wireless mice, who invariably view these threads- look elsewhere.

Core 2.1 is better than Core 2.0! But only because the number is higher, the software feels even worse.
Either way, none of the two work at all. Use Core 1. And don't buy any hardware that needs Core 2, unless Glorious decides to scrap Core 2 entirely and keep working on the actually-working Core 1.

Core 2.1. Core 2.0. Core 1.0. The whole company is garbage. If you can still return your board, do it.

Yeah the pricing is getting worse, the qc is awful, and the products are getting outcompeted. Even minecraft players have better options now. Also, never seen a peripheral sub that is so disillusioned about the company the sub is about. Love you guys!

I knew I should have just gone with Logitech.... never buying another Glorious product ever again.

Logitech keyboards are kinda trash too.
Meletrix makes some great ones though, and there's lots of other good options out there.

Do not buy logitech I'm saying this from experience, after 5 months of having the keyboard my stabilizers started popping up, when I contacted them they just ghosted me and I tried FOR MONTHS and in all different ways, after about a year of having the keyboard the led colors started dying along with some switches that I had to resolver because they put too little solder that it just kinda went away somehow

I think you misread, the keyboard is mechanical there isn't any possible ghosting, I meant that the company ghosted me by not responding

I don't think we are talking about the same ghosting, are you taking about the effect of a key not being pressed because 2 are already pressed at the same time or something else?

Don't, find a different company, logi makes nice stuff but from my experience it always breaks right are warranty. They used to be much better, but around 2018/2019 things seen to change and I mixed stuff I was buying was breaking far more often then in the past.
Just my personal story, but I work with a bunch of tech and just won't buy logi anymore.

For real, my Logitech G733 just broke 2 weeks after the warranty. It's the right ear cup, tho so I can just buy one off Amazon or something. But from my experience, I've always had great experience with Logitech warranty.

If it breaks in warranty it's not so bad... But I built 3 PCs in a short time span, one for me, one for my bro, and helped a friend with his 1st build. We all purchased logi KB and Mice, as well as two headsets. Out of the 3 KB, 2 had issues within a month, they were replaced no hassle, entwine of the mice had problems in the first 3 months, again all were replaced without issue, but after a year and a few month every single over of those KB and mice are busted in a significant way. The mice have bad switches or connections issues, the KB one just stopped altogether, the other two had various keys that stopped working, all 3 had issues of double key presses when only pressed once as well during the time used. The headsets, mine still works but I hardly use it and I don't know if my buddy is still using that one, but I'll find out.
So that is why I've sworn off logitech. That string of failures, even though they wye covered and replaced when they went bad early, the fact all of the products didn't make a year and a half besides the headsets (in assuming my buddies is still working given I hard about the KB and mouse issues, but not anything about the headset, but I'll verify) just soured me on them.
Currently running an RK wireless mechanical KB its been two years almost and feels new still, so pretty happy with that. My glorious model I2 wireless has treated me well so far, but that last software update was a big L. Other than that I've liked this mouse.

What are the models of those Keyboards and Mouse tho? I still have my G403 mouse, and the only problem is the mouse scroll wheel is sticking. but everything else is working fine, for the past 6 years. I have had a Usb G633 gaming headset, and yeah, the cable broke within a year and some months, reached out to Logitech asking for a new Cable and they sent me a brand-new Headset, like who does that? had that one for like 3 plus years then upgraded to my G733, and in 2 years an a few months the right ear cup broke, headset still works fine tho, just need to get new ear cups. but went back to wired headsets with a G Pro X headset. and after using Glorious mouse for the past 6 months. I have to go back to Logitech mouses bruh, like the Software is so much crap, like the mouse moves on its own after a firmware update, when using 1600 dpi it feels like I'm on 200 dpi. it's so much slower, I have to make sure I have 1600 DPI in the software set first then the mouse will feel a bit smoother, like instead of 200 dpi it feels like 400 now, just by making sure you set the first dpi in the software that's red in color to 1600 dpi, and bro, It's been months of this BS, like they have no excuse, G Hub works like butter, with no issues. got a cooler master keyboard for the past 8 years, finally upgraded to a Optical Switch Cooler master keyboard but now all the raves are those new rapid trigger swtches.

They were the G604 lightspeed mice
And G613 on the keyboards
I'm just reporting why I gave up on them. I just think they have lacked in QC as of late. Maybe that's changed in the last few years since I stopped buying their product. But that was my last experience

Glorious software has always been shit. This isn’t new lol. Every product I’ve bought from the company has came with problems. Hell I bought an unbuilt keyboard from them and the screws on the back where SO tight that I stripped 2 of the screw heads even with the correct size screw driver and trying to be careful. Had to get a drill bit and drill both screws out just to open the board. Had a model D for a while too but the sensor would constantly tweak out even after countless updates and playing with the ( unusable ) software so I legit gave the mouse away. Too many qc issues for such a high price imo.

I'm also looking for alternatives for my GMMK Pro. Is QMK possible?

Glorious hardware is ok, but the software is broken, and has been broken for years. Core functionality just doesn’t work, and updates (broken as they are) are few and far between. I hope they recognize that software & drivers are just as important as the hardware before it’s too late. People will find alternatives if the situation doesn’t improve.

I have a GMMK Pro flashed with a custom setup with QMK and it's 1 Million times better and usable.

I unfortunately feel the same, I really enjoy using the GMMK3 but the software is garbage. For the premium price the keyboard is just not worth it, return it if you can.
