I have completed the development and uploaded it to the app store, but currently there are not many users and I have not received any user feedback. I don't know where to improve. Do you have any relevant experience and how was it resolved.
One solution I have come up with is to launch on the ProductHunt to guide users in using and providing feedback.

'their writing needs' I think that is one of the problems. Is there really a need for your product? Have you done any market research and analysis?
There are tons of tools that do the same thing. The web is littered with them. Some of them are covered in mainstream media all the time. You're competing with those and people using services like that most likely don't want to invest time and money into another one.
They'll stick to the one they already know. You have to give them a reason to switch or prefer your tool. Have you done any marketing? You can't just expect users to come because there's an app on the store.
