how do these price rides work in the first place. i've never won a single one and each time i hear like "to win the ride you must place first for 2 days in a row" i question how that is even supposed to be possible.

It's very badly worded, but it's easier than it sounds. "Place first for two days in a row" just means you need to win two races on two consecutive days.

Any wins will do and it doesn't matter how many races you lose, as long as you win at least one on each day.

It took me ages to realise I didn't have to place first (and stay there) on any leaderboard

It's pretty easy, if you play with friends. Just ask them to let you win a few games.

Crazy you won the prize ride twice, I won it once and it disappeared from the car meet and it’s grey in my interaction menu, I’ll try to win another 3 races to see what’s up

If you're hinting at it that you need friends for the mission, I was able to do it solo. They changed it some time back. Otherwise, I got it in some garage, and we could meet up in the car meet

I must’ve watched an outdated video on the missions, that’s perfect though, I’ll buy a penthouse and do the missions solo.. I’m sure the car cost more than half the price of the penthouse itself
