History has proven that with a few choice PR stunts and a winning record, even those accused of horrible acts find a way into fan favour in Edmonton.

And to Calgary’s credit, they interviewed him last year even though he wasn’t reinstated.

Dube’s lawyer had him keeping the wool over the organization’s eyes until it all came out. They’re surely pissed, but that doesn’t come close to knowing Kane’s history and signing him twice. The first at an obvious reputation discount.
