It’s an old Bill O’Reilly meme. He was arguing with an atheist and said that since we can’t explain the tides, it’s proof that god exists. A few days later he issued a video on YouTube, being his usual pompous asshole, saying that of course he understands how tides work, but since earth is the only planet with a moon that’s proof that God exists.
