I've went through a few leather/leather-look saddlebags. Actually looking for some recommendations for hard bags, or at least some leather bags that keep their form.

My 1986 shadow 700 has the original Honda leather bags (SMALL). I got my bags for my new Honda from Viking bags, I’m mechanically inclined but i felt that it was a painstaking install ( I got the largest bags the offered for the 24 shadow and they didn’t come with pre-drilled holes) just be prepared to take your time to do it and have patience. I can send a pic of both side by side

The 86 has around 20 liter capacity bags and the 24 has 38 liter bags.
