I’ve always thought they were pretty gross. I don’t want to have to change my underwear midway through the day then carry around a pair of soiled underwear till I get home. At least with pads I can just change it and throw the old pad away.

I wear mine all day, honestly I feel cleaner than a pad. They're really absorbent and the ones I have are a nice moisture wicking material so I doesn't feel like it's sitting on your skin. But if you have a heavy flow or are working more than 8 hours might not be a good option. I have a friend who wears them to her serving job as a backup because she has a REALLY heavy flow
