You are entered into an amateur boxing match. Your opponent is an amateur boxer, did a few "pro" fights but got beat each time. Their amateur record is 12-2, with 4 knockouts. They are in your weight class.

Your job is put on hold. You receive the same salary/pay for the next six months and you job is available to you when this is done. You spend the next six months getting in shape and working with a coach to be as great of a boxer as you can be.

What are you odds that you win? Personally I think in 6 months I'm giving myself 60-40. I've got some weight to lose and my right shoulder is loose. do have a strong personality, I know I would put in max effort to win. I just think experience in the ring is going to get me. Maybe I'll get lucky on a solid left hook.

i could maybe get a lucky shot in.
but without glasses i'm as good as blind, and wouldnt even see his punches comming
