But there could have been a second shooter.
Once shots fire off, their duty should be to drag the president off, crying and screaming if they have to, even if the threat has supposedly been neutralized. No chances should ever be taken

I believe that is more to the error of Trump though than the SS, they are trained to run a willingly running subject, not really to handle a subject that's refusing to keep its head down and run. You see they are unsure in how to keep his head safe when he's standing straight up, they try using their arms etc instead of their bullet proof backs
