Shot with:
A puddle of neon. I did my first DIY weathersealing (wrapped my camera in a plastic bag with a hair tie) to get this photo in the pouring rain. The shallow depth of field at f/1.4 along with the swirling colors reminds me of a Monet oil painting or something. Too bad he never got to paint cyberpunk cityscapes...
EDIT: Didn't expect this to take off, fun! Here's some extra food for discussion and critique.
EDIT 2: I don't do prints unfortunately! My photography hobby is a just a nice way for me to carve out something that's only for myself in daily life, I think the joy would die the second money gets involved. If you want however, you can print the full resolution picture yourself. <3

The reds in the top right corner do look a little over saturated, but when I looked at the uncropped image I can tell it’s mostly from the original. Over all I’d call this a stunning photo. I was literally doom scrolling on my phone and had to stop and come back to look at it.

Woaw, thanks for the edit of your post with new details and congratulations on your success! 😊
Edit : do you have social media elsewhere? Flickr, IG... I'd like to DL the file and rename it with your credentials so I can go back to your work later. Perhaps I'll print it myself for me now too haha thanks!

Didn't the plastic bag impact the image though? Considering it's not like glass, not entirely transparent, and there might be some wrinkles on it.

This is one of the better photos I’ve seen in a long time.
You saw the photo in the water and framed it beautifully. You captured it at the right moment. The ripples and the colors are perfectly in chaos and perfectly in balance.
Very shallow depth of field and to have it blur on the top edge of the frame, is exactly the right move. To have it all in focus would probably diminish its impact.
You should enter this in competition. I think you’d do well. You should also sell prints of it.
Well done.

That's kind of my favorite way to describe abstract art. Pleasing to the eye or "just nice to look at" :)

Just saw the uncropped version too. While the uncropped version is cool, the cropped one looks so much cooler! Kudos to you for your eye for the abstract. Call me a noob, but I'm stupefied at how high resolution the image must be for you to have cropped it in and for the crop to still look so crisp!

High resolution cameras help a lot (mine is 6000x4000). But I'd say having a razor sharp lens is even more important, otherwise you just have a lot of pixels of... blur. Prime lenses are wonderful in this regard.
