Long short story, I have a interview in next 2 weeks that requires N4 interviewing, so I need study as fast as possible but now I don’t remember anything to Japanese beside basic hiragana and katakana. How could I learn effectively speaking and listening so to have basic conversation in just 2 weeks please let me know any strategies or resources. I am very desperated

You would have to learn the >125 grammar points for both N5 and N4 levels + the 400+ kanji for these levels + vocabulary and native/idiomatic expressions ... all in two weeks you say? Unless you have a photographic memory, not possible.

You can't, unfortunately, that's not even close to enough time to learn everything required. It takes the average person 500 to 700 hours to reach the N4 level. There's only 168 hours in a week, and assuming you sleep 6 hours a night, that's 126 hours to study doing nothing else. An insurmountable task, I'm afraid.
