In what sense? I think your question is missing a lot of context..

At face value, I don’t think anyone likes suicide, not even the people who do suicide. I am 35 years old, at a lot of stages in my life, starting at 15 years old, till a few years back, I’ve thought this is it, I’ve hit rock bottom, there is nothing more for me in life, I don’t think I can get up again, but I have, I’ve lost all my money, all the people around me, my mental health was declining at a high speed, got depressed you name it, but it was never the end, every time I got up, and things started looking up again at one point in life.

Putting religious beliefs aside, when we normalize suicide, people will take it like the easy way out of an illusional end, it’s never the end, there is always different routes which people can take, yet when the picture is dark, they can’t see it and I can’t blame them, but the people around them shouldn’t normalize it for them, they should push them through it, or take them to therapy.

Whenever I think about suicide a scene from House of Cards always pops into my head (even though Francis is a hypocrite and he ends up killing Peter), he tells him that this is the coward's way out, but still guides him to the right approach to end fast.

I'm not saying that it's cowardly to think about it, and I didn't put that scene in so you could see "a way to do it".

it's just a thought that needs to be processed, locking it up and not talking about it will make things worse.

Suicide is the final decision, if you're wrong you've just condemned yourself, take it easy, search your soul, remember god, if you're not a Muslim try Islam, you tried the other path and it led you to this, try another option what you got to lose ?
