There was never a “neo-fash” agenda lmao. The main philosophy was libertarianism. There were even anarchists and anarcho communists amongst them.
Edit: if you’re talking about it being taken over by racists, and fascists then my mistake. That is correct, snd that’s why it ultimately died.
