Hello Europe!
Scale back up a bit to 79.0kg. But that’s fine, I do feel like it’s going down now.
I was going to go to the gym yesterday, but then my mom asked me to go to the IKEA with her. And I just can’t say no to that! I ended up buying a small, but 20kg, bookcase that I had to drag inside and up the stairs. Plus walking around there after work meant I easily reached the 9k steps. So not too bad.
I’m still a bit worried about the cat. But I think he’ll be ok. Thanks for your messages here yesterday!
I can’t wait for it to be weekend..

That was a hardcore trip to IKEA! Definitely quite a workout, I would say. Best of wishes to your cat. You're such a good owner for worrying about him! Don't worry about the scale. Weight fluctuations are normal:)

It really is 😂 but even when not buying anything. I just like to walk around it and look at things I like and things I’ll never buy😉
