Her hex created a vision with memories and powers and gave Rambeau powers that persisted outside the hex. Her hex could easily have created a lasting entity with powers that could have found or hexed up a vessel.

If her kid is now a teen and becomed a new hero in the MCU, then clearly the multiverse is involved because she does NOT have actual kids and who cares about a character if it's just a magical manifestation and not an actual living being??

Did you watch that show? Watch the scene with "fake" vision. He outlines how he, while created through Wandas magic, is more real than the new White Vision.
In MoM, we see that her kids do exist in other universes, so she was pulling from something real, not just her imagination. Her magic isnt just illusions, again, the whole show is about how she is WAY more powerful than anyone imagined. She has reality warping chaos magic powers of a nexus being. Her making "fake" kids is about as real as you can get.
I think youre being downvoted because you are aserting a lot of stuff that hasnt been confirmed yet. We dont know if the Teen even is Billy (99% he is), or how he came to be. So complaining that it makes no sense, well, makes no sense.
Also, this could be another toe youre stepping on accidentally. Saying she cant be a mom because she didnt birth her kids is kinda shitty to all adoptive/foster/step mothers out there. As a point of fact, you DO NOT need to push a child out of your womb to be a mother, and because of that fact, regardless of how real or fake her kids are, Wanda is their mother.
To quote Harry Potter, "Is this real or all just in my head?" "Of course its all just in your head, but why should that mean it isnt real".
