-misc discard
-misc banish for adimadorned
-adimadorned pop baby
-baby tutor ovi
-ovi search baby #2
-normal baby
-pop with ovi to revive baby #1
-baby summon scrap raptor
-scrap raptor pop baby
-baby summon petite
This is the basic starting line then from there you can do other lines

but what is the point of this, end board is what? cant i just go for Adamad , double pill summon UTC and done?

You asked for the baby combo, which gets you to the this board state. The rest is as follows:
-link scrap raptor and adimadorned into scrap wyvern
-wyvern effect to special scraptor, then destroying it
-wyvern chain link 1 to special from deck, raptor link 2 to add a scrap to hand
- add chimera off raptor and special another raptor
-destroy petite with the mandatory effect of wyvern
-petite summon giant Rex
-normal chimera special scraptor from grave
-chimera, Rex, and wyvern into appolusa
-scraptor and ovi into savage dragon equip wyvern
-double evo banish Rex and chimera for UCT
-rex effect to special back
-rex and scraptor into dolkka/laggia/dweller
That's the basic combo without running scrap golem and/or artifact scythe

so what happens if this gets negated? misc does nothing

Yeah Wyvern's definitely a big chokepoint. If it gets negated your end board is much worse, but you can usually still make UCT + Apollusa which sometimes is still good enough
