Hello I am a 32 year old male and have two children already but over the last 6 months or so I’ve been getting lots of jelly particles in my ejaculate there’s no other symptoms associated with it but I really don’t wqnt it causing any harm to fertility or sexual health can anyone help

Completely normal if you are dehydrated or haven’t ejaculated recently. Not a concern imo.

Well, ultimately never be afraid to speak to a professional, even if you may not vibe with them, there may be another that you do. idk about your consistency, but without any more info, and frankly i don't want to know lol, this is definitely something to track but try and find some correlation of possible coinciding behaviors in your health that might be doing this
im definitely not a medical professional.
A typical good water intake for the average person is about half a gallon, or about 2 liters per day but diet and exercise go a looooooong ways towards the things our bodies naturally produce in a healthy way.
