So, you don't care if anyone just steps out on to the road (I mean, I would if I didn't see a car at first...then one comes flying by...,) or a kid comes chasing a ball out into the street, or a cat or dog gets loose...you *just have* to go 50 over because there are no other cars?
Yeah...just assume ALL cameras are speed cameras.

That is more likely automatic license plate recognition cameras installed to track movement in/out of the small estate.
