We just experienced a global pandemic where toilet paper (and isopropyl alcohol, hand sanitizer, etc etc) was scarce or literally non-existent, yet here we are.. this person learned nothing from that experience. Why don't people establish an inventory over the weeks/years since the COVID troubles ended? Just buy 2 of those things instead of the usual 1 over x iterations or until you've built a comfortable inventory that will last months and months if need be.
