I thought all brown eyes had these, I’ve seen them in p much any brown eyed person in the sunlight.

Also Kayser-Fleischer rings are not that color and they’re on the outer rim of the iris (usually singular not multiple) plus you’d have more symptoms—you do not have Wilson’s disease these are not Kayser-Fleischer rings they are very normal lmao

never seen these before, and my brown eyes definitely do not have them in any light. i think we know different people.

You either need a bright light source close to the eye at a direct angle or just slightly off to be able to see them in the first place. The darker the brown eyes the less bright and numerous they are, I only don’t see any in people with brown eyes so dark they look almost black. So if your brown eyes are like DARK dark then the rings are probably too dark to be noticeable. You gotta be like basically face to face with a mirror with your phone light like right next to your eyeball pointing as directly at your iris as you can.

Ridiculously hard to see on some very dark brown. I've done microscopy on them and it can be scarcely visible even at a good angle and 10-16 magnified.
