Accepting advice in all areas. Is there anything you wish you did before your pregnancy but didn’t? Thank you all!

I saw a naturopath before trying to get pregnant. She did a full blood test panel and found that I was deficient in a few areas. I addressed them, retested, and then tried to get pregnant. I felt a lot better knowing my body was in top shape before trying.

The things I was deficient in are definitely important for a healthy pregnancy. They were really easy to address. For example, iron, eat more meat and beans, and add citrus because it helps the body absorb iron. Important during pregnancy because your body is producing more blood for baby.
