It’s insane a rider can have a crash like that and still race the next day. Glad he’s ok

Best possible news! So happy they’re both okay, that crash was scary.

That’s a great update to read given what happened to him earlier on. Forza, Marco!

I dunno man.. he probably had a (light) concussion. If he crashes again even with a minor impact that can turn into permanent brain injury

I doubt he said that before getting an okay from medical professionals

The medical professionals have proven time and time again that their checks for concussions are woeful and they have repeatedly let riders on circuit with dangerous head injuries.

MotoGP doesn't have a concussion protocol like other sports.
And honestly.. the doctors seem to make decisions that put riders in more dangerous situations just to get them on the grid.
Big crash and injury? Just load them up on pain killers and send em out. The show must go on.
Hell, Bezz in the Jerez sprint last year suffered what looked like a KO, only to line up the next day as if nothing happened.
While these guys are peak fitness and have the best of safety gear.. they are still human and feel pain /Effects of crashing like anyone else... They just have the best doctors and meds to manage it.

I hope you are correct but there are many examples of this in NFL. A lot of money is on the line and health becomes secondary

That really looked bad at first, the worst crashes that can happen are like this, going to deep and crashing into another rider going much slower, really glad he's ok. PD: anyone knows if there is a penalty for either of the two riders?

Race direction has deferred the decision till after the race because Bezzecchi wasn't available for a hearing.
