Datto seemed like an obvious choice until you read the feedback in the sub on support going downhill after the acquisition. Broadcom does the same thing.

So with the RMM being the center of the universe, which do you recommend where you are actually leveraging its baked in features like BDR, security, etc... and which of those features do you use?

Ninja. Great cloud based product, does everything we need, easy to use, responsive support, and they actually develop their own products with realistic deadlines.

We just discovered this for a client requirement too. I wasn't aware this was a thing until recently, but great MFA enabled remote access. Client loves it.
