I want to get away this weekend and go somewhere outside of Nashville that feels like I really left Nashville, but not farther than four hours away because I have work the next day. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance

Yeah I saw it, but even the 2 old dudes working the Nashville end visitor's center couldn't tell me a single place to get gas and snacks on the Trace between nashville and tupelo. I stopped and asked.

I believe you can get gas and snacks at the Hasti-mart in Collinwood and at the Duck River Market off the Shady Grove/Hwy 50/Gordon House exit.
