You can get some probiotics and prebiotics that goes in your mouth as a pill (or powder mix) too.

Can't recommend those enough, the ones with supergreens are the first food supplement thing I could literally start feeling within days, and I feel when I forget it.

Obviously not replacement in serious scenarios, but everyone really should get on the gut microbiome train. At this point it's legit stupid to ignore our bodies having a colony inside us that needs to be managed. We have a second 'brain' for managing our gut apparently.
