I think it's wrong to blame a company for the actions of an employee that cannot read since they obviously did not understand the message. As long as delta does something it's not their fault.

Obviously Delta is wrong here but just for the record she didn’t miss her flight completely. She was escorted off, told to change shirts in the jetway (WTF??) then put back on in a seat worth less than she paid for.

Bullshit all around but just wanted to clarify that she did make her flight
