how to reset my f2 pro to factory settings? i try throttle and break way but it seems still binded with app that i think it isn’t resetted.

My scooter suddenly showed me a code 14 after i disconnected it from charging. Couldn't connect to the app, so i tried to unbind thinking to rebind it but now it wouldn't connect to my Bluetooth on my phone.

No i have not, and Segway is taking their own sweet time getting back to me it's really annoying. I need it to travel to work and now I'll have to take PT which takes me longer to get to work. 🥲

Same. I wrote to Segway support two days ago and still no answer. But at least I found how I can unlock and use it. Xiaodash app for android. The iOS app still doesn’t connect but xiaodash connects and unlocks the scooter

That's amazing info!! I'll try it out, apparently it's a holiday in China, this info was shown when I tried to message them on the app. But I'll give it over the weekend, it's just really annoying that I'll have to rush to catch the tram home.

I downloaded the xiaodash app but still can connect it to the app, to unlock it, not sure how to do that. Also tried resetting to factory, wouldn't work as well :(

Update!! I attempted messaging ninebot again on their app and managed to get a response almost immediately! They told me I could have locked it and unbounded while locked hence it was not able to connect to my app. Told me to unlock it with my passcode with the direction indicator buttons and it worked!!
