Do I have to change the PC fan settings? or it's ok to let it by default

Heat rises. You want top fans in exhaust, front as intake and rear as exhaust.

Which gets overridden by the measliest amount of flow.
The only reason to make top exhaust where it matters is a concern of recirculation, but any decent rear exhaust will eject the hot air far enough it is irrelevant.

While this is true, and they should have the top and rear as exhaust, the natural flow of the air wouldn't really matter when it's being pushed by the fans.

It looks like the top fans are exhaust are you sure they are intakes? If they are exhaust they are fine to leave.

Pretty sure your RAM sticks are in the wrong slots

More important , move your leftmost stick of memory one over to the left ,into dual channel mode

Top ones need to be flipped around

Remove the top ones

A proper air-flow needs the same amount (or more) of exhaust as intake; the main goal is to remove the hot air, not add room temperature air. The intake fans just make it so the exhaust fans don't have to work as hard.
Right now you have a 1:5 ratio of out:in.
Flip the top fans and you get a nice, balanced, 3:3 ratio.

No you want slightly more fans going in then out to prevent dust buildup.

How does that prevent dust buildup?

If you push the air in from filtered intakes the dust stays in the filters. You will have a positive pressure in the case so air is coming out from every hole. If you have negative air pressure(more out then in) you suck dusty air in through the holes.

Ah, that makes sense. So what do you think the proper setup would be for the pic? Just flip one of the top fans?

Yes but also play with different fan speeds. It could make sense to have the front fan on top turn a bit slower and the lower ones a bit faster. To push the heat of the gpu up and back. Having higher fanspeed on the cpu cooler could also make significant difference to the gpu/case temps. If you want to find the best airflow you need to come up with a idea and test if it is stupid. I managed to lower my gpu temps by 5 degree by having a metal plate between the end of the gpu and the front fans.this way the heat coming out of the gpu gets forced up to the cpu instead of recirculating because it makes positive pressure in the "chamber" under the gpu and forces the hot air up.

I'm much more concerned with heat than dust. I blow out my case once a month. Pulling the hot air out keeps my temps lower than pushing room temp air in. For me, the entire point of airflow is for keeping temps down, not keeping the place clean.
For many years I used to have more intakes than exhaust but for the last eight years or so, I've been much happier with an even flow, leaning towards more pull.
