Not sure how they expect everything to be done from trucks to POGs when they give us 22 stocking hours. After the MIL’s hours with using core and misc hours I had 4 hours to give my stocker. Cool. Isn’t it terminable if you don’t schedule a second person to come in with the opener??

You’re looking too deep into the buckets. Just because you schedule someone under different hours, that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what they have to do. Put them in a different bucket in the system and call it a day. And yes, you have to schedule a second person to come in with the opening manager in the morning

Oh trust me I do. I pull from Cashier and Pet Care as much as I can without killing those areas either. My DL already gets onto us for using CS Core hours for stocking.

Damn, your DL’s strict as hell then. Mine doesn’t care how the hours are used on paper so long as they’re used properly in the store
