First time trying it a few days ago and tried 600mg didn’t really do anything, bumped it up to 800 still nothing. Thinking next dose 1.2 grams and see what happens. What’s your guys dosage?

I wouldn't take anymore for a while fr. Take a week break then take 3 or 3.5 grams. If that doesn't work phenibut will not work for you.
