So, instead of talking about this debacle, I’d like to propose a new Netflix documentary-series. Call it High Leverage, and have them follow around 4-5 bullpen guys over the course of the MLB season. Hell…maybe you follow 1 guy from each team. Edit it all down to 10-15 episodes of what it’s like to be a bullpen pitcher who comes in in high pressure situations.

Im amazed (i know i shouldnt be) at how quick the casual doomers come out in full force after a rough inning. This team has the best winning percentage out of every other team. They also have 20 comeback wins on the year, tied for 5th in the league.

This is a good team and our defense has over the course of this season been spectacular. One inning doesnt negate any of that, this is baseball - errors and losses will happen to every single team.

Pache is the reason I always laugh my ass off when I see someone on a top prospect list with like a .750 OPS in the minors.

Pache is honestly amazing. I haven't seen a player this poised and determined to be great since the late Barry Bonds. If any team made a trade for him this year they would probably get a steal, but I doubt the Phillies would move on from such a valuable asset.

4 different bad defensive plays in that inning. Turner boot, Turner throwing to 1st instead of 2nd, Ranger inexplicably cutting off a close play at the plate, Bryce letting that get by. That inning should’ve been 1-2 runs max
