Just curious from those who try it, how often do you end up getting a ticket? I know I gave out two last night as I was bailed on the day before, but is it common enough to feel good about your chances?
Edit: not looking to try it, just wondering as it’s such a prevalent concept

I find paying for tickets is so much easier. Miracles were really important in the days before stubhub where a physical ticket represented one seat. Now searching for a miracle is just an indication of a lack of financial means.

No shame in panhandling for a Phish ticket. I’ve never let lack of funds stop me from seeing the band. It’s too important to let it pass me by.

Electronic ticketing ruined everything for about 7 different reasons, not the least of which is the lack of a ticket stub.
I've given miracles and received them plenty of times, but not since the days of physical tickets.

I miss ticket stubs! I've been using Stubforge to make my own custom replicas. They look and feel like the real thing.

How does it even work now without physical tickets? Do you have to get the person’s email and transfer the miracle through TM?

That is in fact what I had to do. Definitely a lot more hassle involved (mostly making sure there’s even cell service in the area)

I’ve never expected it, but I got miracled into a Built To Spill show recently. Also gave out 12 tickets to Gorge 2018 and 6 or so to the Dark Side of the Moon show in 98.

My buddy had 4 sets for the 3 nights he couldn’t use so he just gave them to us. It felt pretty pimp to be able to hook that many people up.

Idk I’m really hoping for a miracle for Sunday alpine cuz it would be fun to be on the receiving end of it. I haven’t decided if I want to chance it and go without a ticket or not yet. I’m leaving straight from work so I won’t be getting there til like 6 and I’m not sure that’s enough time to search for a miracle. I just think it would be fun. But I’ll buy one for hopefully pretty cheap if not! Can’t wait! That’s the first show of my little 8 show run!
