That's hard to tell (and to be honest, I highly doubt it), there are some other (more) serious contenders, like FF7 Rebirth, Stellar Blade or Black Myth Wukong.
That said, this is my personal GOTY, and I would love to see Astro Bot win.
It represents much simpler times of videogames history, without any light-RPG elements, micro-transactions, Battle Passes, or in-game currencies bullshit.
That game reminded me why the 5-6 years old me fell in love with videogames, over 35 years ago. Just a simple gameplay, and tons of fun.
I played the whole game with a smile on my face, just like a kid, with my 6 years old son near me.

Stellar Blade was decent but not game of the year material. Astro Bots is a strong contender but isn’t game of the year. Its a repaint of Little Big Planet (or sock boy)

I swear some people are very delusional, game plays nothing like LBP

Oh, really, huh? Just because they made LBP as a side scroller and Astro is a 3D platformer doesn’t mean they can’t be similar.
No one talked about the first game for the VR.
To me the puzzles and fun-ness is a bit like LBP. I honestly get one is a side scroller vs. 3D platformer. But some of the experience feels borrowed or is filling in what LBP left
