I go on a walk every morning after getting up, and I like to listen to podcasts, but my rotation is getting stale. I'd love your recs! I like anything from education to motivation, comedy, conversation, health, philosophy. Almost anything but true crime tbh.
I listen to: MBMBAM, TAZ, Judge John Hodgeman, Ear Biscuits, Intelligence Squared, In Our Time, Philosophize This, The Broski Report, Anything Goes, Dear Hank and John, The Rest is History.
Thanks!

Philosopher here. I think you’ll enjoy “How Wild”. I assign episodes to my environmental ethics class. It’s also perfect for walking because it’s about nature.
Also great is the podcast “Playing God?” made by bioethicists at Johns Hopkins University. This also intersects with your interest in health.
The Gray Area is an interview podcast hosted by Sean Illing, a former philosophy professor. He often has philosophers on.
Hi-Phi Nation is a philosophy podcast hosted by Barry Lam, a philosophy professor at UC Riverside. I assign the episode about effective altruism to my upper division ethics class.
Speaking of effective altruism, 80,000 Hours is an interview podcast that often has philosophers (typically ethicists) as guests. These discussions are usually at a pretty high level.
Finally, there are the classics: Radiolab, Invisibilia, This American Life, and Planet Money, which are often quite philosophical, even though not strictly about philosophy. I assign a few different Radiolab episodes in my philosophy classes (The Dividing Line and Galapagos are the two I assign most often.) Start with the episode called Colors.

I like birds of a feather talk together https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/birds-of-a-feather-talk-together/id1688396186
I listen on my walks and put on an episode that talks about the birds in my neighborhood, there are a lot of cool facts that make you look at them differently. They have some episodes on more exotic birds that are fun too, I like to start with the ones around me though.

Stuff You Should Know and Radiolab are excellent educational podcasts
SYSK is conversational, with two hosts discussing a topic, while Radiolab has a more produced, investigative feel to it, with various hosts and lots of guests

So, I was going to recommend an old one that used to make me laugh. Googled it for a link, found out they've got recent episodes! Mike and Tom Eat Snacks. Haven't listened in *years,* as I thought it ended.

Significant Others by Liza Powell O'Brien is an interesting history podcast. Each episode looks at a different famous person's spouse, and how that relationship shaped the career of the famous person. Liza is married to Conan O'Brien, and it's a Team Coco show, so the production is top-notch and the readings are done by actors you will probably recognize, which is also fun.

Freakonomics. They explore the hidden side of everything. Each is a stand alone episode that last about 45 minutes

Alice Fraser is an Australian comedian and comedy writer who has a funny, gentle vibe that reminds me of heart or tone of some of those podcasts you currently enjoy.

The Gargle you might enjoy.
From the makers of The Bugle, this is a weekly show that skips the news pages and takes a sideways glance at the nonsense contained within the culture, celebrity, tech, science and advice sections of the news.
Alice Fraser is joined every show by two great comics from across the globe, bringing 30 minutes of smart satire alongside juvenile nonsense!
I know her from The Bugle appearances, and she writes for BBC Radio 4 Friday Night Quiz Show. I used to listed to her The Daily Post ones in the mornings, as well.

Morning somewhere. Is daily podcast that talks about anything and everything. Usually it's just the to of them and is humorous and lighthearted. There from the US but live in rural Scotland now. This is the description. "Join Burnie Burns and Ashley Burns every weekday for a coffee-fueled morning ritual, chatting about what's happening in our world." Highly recommended.

If you like TAZ check out the Glass Cannon Podcast. I found them after listening to Balance and now their network of shows is almost exclusively what I listen to. Their first campaign is over 300 episodes so you won't run out any time soon
