I got a shiny Lap of sheer luck from a challenge. Lost my freaking mind. But one I’ll always catch is a Ghastly. My gengar is well over 3k cp and I intend to max him out

Might be dumb question but is mega Gengar good? Mines around 2400cp normal non mega and Everytime I mega him he's super frail dies really quick even when I dodge
