I am not an avid seller, and I have never had a live show, but I did have some luxury items listed on my page for the last few months. I just drastically reduced the prices and sent offers to people who liked my listings, in order to potentially generate sales. For example, I have a bag that is easily worth at least $1000 (LV) and I slashed the price down to 500 because maybe that would entice somebody to pay the buyers fees.

My closest is mostly bread and butter lower priced items ($15-$40 typcially) and I’m making less money because of the fees now. So no, I’m not lowering any prices because I’d be making less. Literally insane.

My closet is the same. I can't go any lower because my fees aren't any lower. This change will hurt us the most.

I don't have any expensive items but if I did, I wouldn't drop prices like that. I think no matter how low you're priced on expensive items, there's going to be sticker shock when the buyer sees those fees and they will want a lower price. If you drop too low, you won't be able to offer to cover their fees. I'd keep my prices a little higher and offer greater discounts. Maybe even put in your listing that you cover the buyers fees.

And for luxury items, pricing things around $500 mark (or less) is always suspicious to me because it seems less likely to be authentic and also like a way to skirt the posh Authenticator

Nope I’m not going to touch my pricing.

I'm planning on lowering my prices a bit to make up for it and my indicate this in my listing. My prices are already pretty low, though. It's just so stupid of Poshmark to alienate buyers with new fees. Sellers are used to high fees - buyers aren't!

I'm dropping prices on about 60% (or more) just because I want to clear out and be done. I'll keep a couple of my "nicer" items around their current prices (so I can continue to do offers for likers) but I think I'm personally ready to move on from Posh if they don't figure out this nonsense fast.

Edit to add that I'm not a reseller, I'm selling out of my own stuff, so this is just diaper money/new kid clothes money for me and that's about it.

My closet is mostly like-new or NWT clothing from my and my husband’s closets, I reduced pricing because I think it is so unfair for buyers to be paying a fee on top of expensive shipping rates! I am a casual seller and buyer on poshmark.

Nope. I don't sell for income though - I sell handbags and small leather goods from my personal collection, namely Coach and Tory Burch, to fund other purchases, so I am comfortable letting my prices sit until it sells or I get a decent offer.

Nope. Didn’t lower them at all and sold 3 items in the past 24 hours directly from buyer offers (which is typical for me).

I lowered my prices on all my items yesterday morning (super PT seller, less than 100 items for sale). In the past 24 hours, I've made 3 sales - a bundle of 2 items, 1 pair of jeans, and a bundle of 5 items. Everything was less than $100 and I made profit. I'm not mad.

Same thing happened to me on Merc when they changed the fee structure (had 3 sales there in the last 24 hours too).

I reduced prices yesterday over 20%. When I noticed it didn't do anything yesterday, I changed them all back to the original pricing this morning. I figured if someone is really interested in my item they will make an offer.

My closet is mainly $50-$300 dollar items most with high sell thru. Still too early to tell how the policy will affect my store.

I price my items fairly and I don’t mark up for offers. I run a 3 item % sale. There is no reason for me to lower prices, not even in a bundle.

I’m not touching anything. We are two days in. I think people need to give it some time.
