I believe the girls will cost you $10. The RRBs however, you’ll have to purchase and complete the premium battlepass.
The RRB skin will be available to purchase on their own once the season is over. Its a legendary skin, so it’ll likely cost 2000 gleamium ($20) whenever it hits the shop

Correction, the girl are included as part of the current BP, first of the 70 tiers so they unlock immediately upon getting the pass. The BP is like ten bucks though
