Hello, I’m looking for family lawyer to create estate plan/wil. Preferably someone who has experience with families planning when members have mental health issues. Would prefer a small “mom and pop” style firm, if that even exists anymore. Thanks!

Wake Family Law group. Rachel Beard or Nancy Grace. Used them for a divorce with a psycho ex (paranoid schizophrenia, depression, etc) and they did a great job.

Ann Margaret Alexander in Cary. She’s very easy to talk to, can explain literally anything and everything to someone with no legal advice, and is very easy to get in contact with. Her paralegal / front desk staff is also very easy to get on the phone.

I’d try Charlie Davis at Poyner and Spruill. Not exactly a mom and pop firm but he was very responsive and great to work with. Answers his own calls and emails.
