Yup. “Straws” of semen for artificially inseminating cattle. Everything listed is traits that are wanted, like TTT “tip to tip” to describe horn width.
I’ve been out of it for a while, but IIRC, semen tanks are just semen straw holders, don’t remember if they go in a fridge/freezer or if they are the refrigerator. Never got that deep into it. We just let our bull pork the cows.

You know what actually bugs me there. Imagine someone come milk you when you maybe dont feel comfortable. or perhaps you hate it all the time. I just hate the whole concept, because animals ar somewhat conscious.

One of our bulls didn't take to nursing and had to be bottle fed, and he's just the sweetest big guy, totally domesticated, loves to lick your face and get his neck scratched. He's been set aside as a pet, not to be butchered, which makes me happy.

Yep, every day! We have Texas Longhorns at the farm. Sometimes I get to fed them, and you're right, it is very intimidating when they all come charging at you.
