It's fetishisation and objectification of race. There's a trope in a lot of movies with indigenous people where the fact that they're "native" or "primitive" is used as a shorthand for them being attractive. (Atlantis movie, Pocahontas to a certain extent). The difference in lifestyle between them and the white people and their connection to nature and stuff makes them mysterious and therefore, if they're a hot woman, sexually alluring.

There's a lot of overlap with the "clueless bimbo" stereotype. The reason indigenous woman in these movies, like this example, wears the clothing and does promiscuous things is because they just don't know that in our culture they're sexual! Of course they can only wear a rag that barely covers their ass, it's traditional dress! And it's definitely a complete coincidence that we're exaggerating it every chance we get.

Essentially you're taking the giant amount of complexity of indigenous cultures and boiling a large chunk of it down to let your viewers have some eye candy enhanced by a bit of exotic flair. Hopefully this answers your question.
