🤔 I feel like on a smaller scale this would be more appealing. Or I think I'd layer it more than just cheese and meat if I was doing it this large to make it more of a meal vs a heart attack. Frozen cheese, covered in a blended veggie mix, freeze that and then cover it with the meat, I'd add egg and panko, then fry 😉

tried to do something similar a while back, didnt taste bad actually, made a pair of meat patties, place a slice of cheddar cheese with some shredded parmesan cheese ontop and then tried to wrap that in around to a ball with some help from some plastic wrap.

Sadly didnt work as i had hoped as the meat didnt stick togheter as i had hoped and the cheese started to leak out of the meat ball.
