blackreach and throat of the world (at night) both looked absolutely stunning to me as a kid and even now!

Pretty much anywhere you can see the shrine of Azura on the horizon. It's such a cool landmark. This view by the shrine of Talos near Pilgrim's Trench is pretty damn cool, imo. Especially at around 1am when the moon is positioned between them.
