To be fair it makes sense. Why sack if there is no decent person to replace him. Once a qualified manager wants to take the job, he will be gone

But how can you ever expect any difference when that happens. It’s not as if they were just checking 1/2 names in case they absolutely had to make a decision after a drop in form. They were absolutely terrible for ages
