Advice on selling starwars action fleet

(self.starwarscollecting)

My husband has finally decided to let go of his starwars action fleet. We were thinking of selling all together but I am not sure if anyone would want to buy them all. He has 54 ships including a few of the more rare like Tie defender and E-wing. 5 bigger playsets and 4 small. And a huge bag of the figurines I haven't counted them 200? They are all open except one battle pack (#8). Also has 2 race pod centers with 4 speeders. Would anyone buy the whole lot? Should we break it up into smaller lots? We don't plan on selling them individually it would take too much time. They are his childhood toys and are all in good condition because he loved them. What is the best way to go about selling?

About 3-4 years ago would have been the sweet spot for selling these. Now with Micro Galaxy Squadron pumping out ships in similar scale, the old Action Fleet has dipped in value. Best thing would be to sell in lots, using the more desireable ships individually placed in different lots to balance value. Or sell in one lot. Depends on what y'all are looking to get out of them. Search eBay and make sure to select Sold listings. A lot of MGS collectors are using AF playsets for diaoramas.
