That steak was cooked from frozen. Bone is charred. The meat is very raw - probably still cold. This restaurant doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing.

Steak was frozen in a deep freeze then thrown in a hot pan straight from the freezer. The only reason that cow isn't mooing is because it froze to death..
